The upcoming film “Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty,” starring Anushka Shetty and Naveen Polishetty, has been generating significant buzz since the release of its teaser. Today, the makers treated the audience with the release of the film’s second single, which is sung by none other than superstar Dhanush. The song is titled “Yennadaa Nadakkudhu” in Tamil and “Hathavidi” in Telugu.

The lyrical video of “Hathavidi” showcases the melancholic life of Naveen Polishetty in the soulful voice of Dhanush. Composed by Radhan, the Telugu lyrics were penned by Saraswati Putra Ramajogayya Sastry, while Radhan himself wrote the Tamil version. The song is a delightful blend of fun and emotions, with Dhanush lending his trademark vocals to give it a unique touch. The catchy tune and Dhanush’s singing style make it an instant favourite among fans.

Directed by Mahesh Babu P and produced by UV Creations, “Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty” boasts an impressive star cast that includes Anushka Shetty, Naveen Polishetty, Jayasudha, Murali Sharma, and several others in pivotal roles. Radhan has composed the songs and original score for the film, adding to the anticipation surrounding this project.

Last month, the teaser of “Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty” was released and garnered a tremendous response from the audience. Anushka Shetty portrays the role of a chef, while Naveen Polishetty takes on the character of a stand-up comedian. The teaser is packed with hilarious dialogues and promises a fun-filled romantic comedy. Fans are eagerly awaiting Anushka Shetty’s return to the silver screen after a gap of four years since her last theatrical release, “Bhaagamathie,” in 2018.

As for Dhanush, the multi-talented actor-singer has an exciting lineup of films in the pipeline. He will be seen next in the action-packed film “Captain Miller,” directed by Arun Matheswaran. The movie features Kannada superstars Shiva Rajkumar and Sundeep Kishan in pivotal roles, with Priyanka Arul Mohan as the female lead. Additionally, Dhanush has a project with Telugu director Sekhar Kammula, although filming for the yet-to-be-titled movie is yet to commence.

With Dhanush’s melodious contribution to “Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty” and the film’s promising star cast, fans can’t wait to witness this entertaining rom-com on the big screen.
