Vijay Deverakonda’s Team Confirms Wedding with Rashmika Mandanna in February 2026

Hyderabad: Vijay Deverakonda’s team confirmed on Saturday morning that he has become engaged to his longtime partner Rashmika Mandanna and that they intend to marry in February 2026. Neither Rashmika nor Vijay has made an announcement on social media.

Rumours began after Rashmika posted several pictures in a red saree with a caption expressing gratitude for the love shown for the Thamma trailer and the song, saying she “can’t wait” to meet everyone during promotions.

The couple’s relationship rumours date back several years. They first met while filming their 2018 movie Geetha Govindam, and later worked together in Dear Comrade, where speculation about their relationship increased. They are due to reunite for a third film directed by Rahul Sankrityan, tentatively titled VD14.

On the work front, Rashmika will be appearing in Thamma alongside Ayushmann Khurrana and Nawazuddin Siddiqui, while Vijay is expected to star opposite Rashmika in VD14, which is reported to be a period drama set in Rayalaseema.
