During the function, where Pushpa 2: The Rule swept across categories with five major awards, the host lightheartedly quoted a famous line from the film: “Party ledha, Pushpa?” When he followed up by asking whether Pushpa 3 was happening or shelved, Sukumar responded with a confident smile and said, “Obviously, Pushpa 3 undi!” (Obviously, we’re making Pushpa 3), prompting cheers and whistles from the crowd.
This moment confirmed what many had suspected since the end-credit scene of Pushpa 2 teased a new chapter. Titled Pushpa 3: The Rampage, the next film is expected to introduce a brand-new antagonist, setting up another explosive showdown with Allu Arjun’s character.
