In a recent update, it has been revealed that the theatrical rights for the Telugu states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have been sold at an astounding price. According to reports, the rights have been acquired by People Media Factory for a staggering amount of Rs 160-170 crores.

The sale of theatrical rights at such a significant price indicates the immense anticipation and demand surrounding the film. The visual effects and the characterizations of the lead actors in the trailer garnered appreciation from the audience. Additionally, two songs from the film, namely “Jai Shri Ram” and “Ram Siya Ram,” have been released, further adding to the excitement surrounding the project.

Directed by Om Raut, “Adipurush” stars Prabhas as Lord Raghav, Kriti Sanon as Janaki, Sunny Singh as Lakshman, Devdatta Nage as Hanuman, and Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh. The film is jointly produced by T-Series, Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Om Raut, Prasad Sutar, and Rajesh Nair of Retrophiles. With a reported budget of Rs. 500 crores, “Adipurush” is set to hit the screens on June 16.

In addition to “Adipurush,” Prabhas has an exciting lineup of projects. He will be seen in Prashanth Neel’s “Salaar,” scheduled for release on September 28, 2023. Following that, he will star in the Nag Ashwin directorial “Project K” alongside Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan. The actor also has a horror comedy directed by Maruthi, Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s “Spirit,” and a film helmed by Siddharth Anand in his pipeline.
