Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga has two major projects lined up—Prabhas’ intense cop drama Spirit and Ranbir Kapoor’s action-packed sequel Animal Park. Amid swirling speculation around both films, Producer Bhushan Kumar has confirmed which one will go on floors first.

In a recent interview, Producer Bhushan Kumar revealed that Spirit will take precedence over Animal Park. “Animal Park will be after Spirit. Right now, we’ll be starting Spirit in the next 2–3 months. Once that’s completed and released, we’ll begin work on Animal Park—which will likely be ready by 2027,” he said.

Spirit marks Prabhas’ return to playing a police officer and is being billed as a genre-redefining cop drama. According to reports, Sandeep Reddy Vanga is still in the scripting stage and has asked Prabhas to commit bulk dates to the project, given the actor’s busy calendar.

An exclusive report by HashtagU adds that the director has advised Prabhas to adopt a leaner physique for the role and perform his own stunts to bring authenticity to the high-octane action sequences. With both films carrying massive expectations, fans are eager to see how Sandeep Reddy Vanga will raise the bar with Spirit before diving into the much-anticipated Animal Park.

Spirit is expected to follow a classic hero-versus-villain narrative, a formula that has already stirred significant excitement among fans of the Rebel Star, Prabhas.

Meanwhile, Animal Park serves as the highly anticipated sequel to Ranbir Kapoor’s 2023 blockbuster Animal. Featuring Rashmika Mandanna, the follow-up was officially teased during the end credits of the original film, heightening anticipation among audiences.
