Indian cinema is set to make its mark on the global stage as the much-anticipated multi-lingual sci-fi film, Project K, is all set to unveil its first glimpse at the prestigious San Diego Comic-Con. The event, taking place from July 20 to 23, will see the presence of Project K’s lead actor Prabhas, along with industry stalwarts Kamal Haasan and Rana Daggubati.

Scheduled for July 21 (India time), the unveiling of Project K’s first glimpse at San Diego Comic-Con has created a buzz among fans worldwide. The film, produced by Vyjayanthi Movies, is set to become the first-ever Indian film to debut at the renowned event.

Prior to the San Diego Comic-Con launch, the film’s lead actor Prabhas was seen attending a bash in the US, where he interacted with fans and offered them a sneak peek of the film as part of an opening night party on July 19.

As excitement builds, the first look of Prabhas from Project K was unveiled on Wednesday, adding to the anticipation surrounding the film. Alongside Prabhas, the movie features a star-studded ensemble cast, including Kamal Haasan, Deepika Padukone, and Amitabh Bachchan, among others.

At San Diego Comic-Con, Project K’s makers will showcase exclusive footage from the film during the panel discussion titled ‘This is Project K: First Glimpse of India’s Mytho-Sci-fi Epic.’ Fans can also look forward to a captivating stage performance by the stars.

Speaking about the event, director Nag Ashwin expressed, “India is the home of some of the greatest lore and superheroes ever written. We feel that our film is an attempt to bring out and share this with the world. And Comic-Con gives us the perfect stage to introduce our story to a global audience.”

However, it was reported that Deepika Padukone, a prominent cast member of Project K, will be unable to attend the event due to the ongoing strike by the Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Radio and Television Artists (SAG-AFTRA) in the US, of which she is a member.

The global audience eagerly awaits the first glimpse of Project K, as it promises to be an unparalleled cinematic experience that will showcase the creativity and storytelling prowess of Indian cinema to the world.
