Nayanthara to reunite with co-star Jai for her 75th film

Nayanthara and her Raja Rani co-star Jai are all set to reunite after 10-year gap for an upcoming film.

Lady Superstar Nayanthara has a lot of exciting upcoming projects. Reportedly, the actress has signed her 75th film, with her Raja Rani co-star Jai. The film will be directed by debutant Nilesh Krishna. On the occasion of Jai’s birthday, the film was officially announced today by the team by launching the announcement poster. Nayanthara and Jai will be reuniting after 10 years.

The poster poster which revealed that Jai will be joining the team read, “Sandhoshathula kannu verkudhu’, which was a famous line from Raja Rani, marking the lead pair’s earlier union.

This exciting project is expected to go on floors soon. It will be a big-budget film. The film is being bankrolled by a collaboration between Zee Studios, Trident Arts, and Naad Studios. It will have cinematography handled by Dinesh Krishnan but the team has not announced the music director yet.

On the work front, Nayanthara is going to make her Bollywood debut with Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan, which will be released later this year. Jawan is expected to be an out-and-out action entertainer and fans are eager to see Nayanthara on screen with Shah Rukh Khan.
