It’s no secret that Jr NTR is stepping into the spy universe, gearing up for his role in “War 2” alongside Hrithik Roshan. If a recent report by Bollywood Life is to be believed, the “RRR” actor is set to be formally introduced into Aditya Chopra’s spy universe by none other than ‘Tiger’ himself, Salman Khan.

According to reports, Aditya Chopra has devised a ‘brief introduction’ of Jr NTR’s character in Salman Khan’s much-anticipated movie “Tiger 3,” which is also part of the spy universe. It is rumoured that once Jr NTR’s character is introduced in “Tiger 3,” Kabir (played by Hrithik Roshan) from “War 2,” along with Pathaan and Tiger, will embark on a mission to track down the elusive villain. However, it’s important to note that the authenticity of this report has not been officially confirmed.

Earlier reports suggested that Jr NTR would be taking on the role of an antagonist in “War 2.” According to a source cited by Pinkvilla in May, “While the final script is still being developed, Jr NTR’s character in War 2 will have some negative shades, which will add an interesting layer to the overall story.”

“War 2” marks the sixth instalment in the YRF Spy Universe, which includes previous blockbuster films like “Ek Tha Tiger” (2012), “Tiger Zinda Hai” (2017), “War” (2019), “Pathaan” (2022), and the upcoming “Tiger 3” (2023). This film will continue the overarching narrative from “Tiger 3” and eventually set the stage for the highly anticipated showdown between Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan in the much-hyped “Tiger vs. Pathaan.”

The original “War,” starring Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff, took the box office by storm when it was released in 2019, becoming the highest-grossing film of the year in India and earning over Rs 300 crore.

“War 3” will be helmed by director Ayan Mukerji and is reportedly in the pre-production stage. In addition to Hrithik and Jr NTR, the film is also likely to feature Kiara Advani, although there has been no official confirmation regarding her role in the Spy Universe film at this time.

As the spy universe continues to expand, fans eagerly await more details and developments on Jr NTR’s entry into the thrilling world of espionage in “War 2” and his subsequent involvement in “Tiger 3.”
