Anurag Kashyap joins Thalapathy Vijay in Tamil film Leo

After bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt and filmmakers Mysskin and Gautham Menon, Anurag Kashyap has also joined the cast of Leo

Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap has been making a lot of buzz as reportedly he will feature in director Lokesh Kanagaraj’s upcoming film Leo starring actor Thalapathy Vijay in the lead. Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt will be the villain in the film. After Filmmakers Mysskin and Gautham Menon who are already in the film, Anurag will be the third director to come on board for the film as an actor.

Film industry tracker Sreedhar Pillai took to Twitter on Tuesday to announce the news. He tweeted, “Now noted director Anurag Kashyap joins other directors like Mysskin and Gautham Menon in playing a role in Thalapathy Vijay’s Lokesh Kanagaraj-directed big budget action extravaganza, the multi-starrer Leo!

Leo, which marks Lokesh Kanagaraj’s second film with Vijay after Master, also stars Trisha, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun, Priya Anand, Gautham Vasudev Menon, Mansoor Ali Khan, Sandy and Mysskin. Parts of Leo have already been shot in Kashmir. The upcoming movie has garnered a fair deal of attention as it is reportedly set in the Lokesh Cinematic Universe, which includes Kaithi and Vikram.
