Tollywood actor Varun Tej‘s much-anticipated 14th film, titled ‘Matka,’ was officially launched today with a grand pooja ceremony. The film is set to be helmed by director Karun Kumar, renowned for his work in the critically acclaimed movie ‘Palasa.’ Interestingly, Meenakshi Chaudhari, along with Bollywood actress Nora Fatehi, is slated to play pivotal roles in the film.

The auspicious muhurta event took place at a venue in Visakhapatnam, known for its scenic beauty, further reinforcing the film’s intriguing storyline. ‘Matka’ is expected to be a period drama, and it has already generated significant buzz within the industry, thanks to the star-studded cast and the involvement of acclaimed producers Mohan Cherukuri and Dr. Vijender Reddy Teegala.
