Nandamuri Balakrishna Receives Padma Bhushan: Jr NTR, Chiranjeevi, and Others Extend Congratulations to Veteran Actor

Nandamuri Balakrishna Receives Padma Bhushan on January 25, Just Before Republic Day. Following the honor, prominent South celebrities such as Jr NTR and Chiranjeevi congratulated him on social media, lauding his enduring contributions to Telugu cinema.

Jr NTR shared a heartfelt message on his X handle for his Babai, saying, “Congratulations to Bala Babai on receiving the prestigious Padma Bhushan award. This recognition reflects your unmatched contributions to cinema and dedicated public service.”

Kalyanram Nandamuri also extended congratulations to his Babai NBK, posting, “Heartfelt congratulations to my Babai, Nandamuri Balakrishna garu, on being honored with the Padma Bhushan award. This recognition truly acknowledges your outstanding contributions to cinema and your unwavering commitment to society.”

Chiranjeevi sent his wishes to his friends Balayya, Ajith Kumar, and Anant Nag for receiving the Padma Bhushan award.

Director Anil Ravipudi expressed his congratulations to the Living Legend, Natasimham #NandamuriBalakrishna garu, for receiving the Padma Bhushan Award. He emphasized the immense pride felt by all Telugu people and highlighted Balakrishna’s enduring contributions to cinema, culture, and society.

Sankranthiki Vasthunam star Venkatesh Daggubati expressed his joy on X, saying, “Heartiest congratulations to Balayya on receiving the prestigious Padma Bhushan! A well-deserved honor for your monumental impact on cinema and your dedication to public service!”

Srikanth Odela praised NBK’s achievement and expressed gratitude for his inspiration in Telugu cinema. His message read, “Congratulations to #NandamuriBalaKrishna sir on being awarded the prestigious #PadmaBhushan for his immense contributions to Telugu cinema and social welfare.”

Ajith Kumar and Nandamuri Balakrishna have been bestowed with the Padma Bhushan Award in recognition of their contributions to the arts. They are among the 19 recipients, which also include actors Anant Nag and Shobana.
