Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal Expecting First Child, Baby Due Later This Year

Mumbai: Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal are reportedly set to welcome their first child together, with the baby expected to arrive sometime between October and November. While the couple has yet to make an official announcement, sources close to the family have confirmed the news to NDTV.

Whispers about Katrina’s pregnancy have been circulating for quite some time, but the actress and her husband have consistently chosen to stay silent. In recent months, Katrina has noticeably stepped away from the public eye, further fuelling speculation.

According to NDTV’s sources, Katrina plans to take an extended maternity leave once the baby is born. She reportedly wants to fully embrace motherhood and be personally involved in raising the child.

Earlier this year, while promoting his film Bad Newz, Vicky Kaushal was asked about the constant buzz surrounding Katrina’s pregnancy. At the time, he dismissed the rumours with a smile, saying, “As far as the good news is concerned, we’ll be more than happy to share it when the time comes. For now, there’s no truth to it. Enjoy Bad Newz — and when there is actual good news, we’ll be sure to tell you.”

The couple, who tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Rajasthan in 2021, have always kept their personal life closely guarded. This latest development, though unconfirmed by the duo, has certainly sparked excitement among fans and the film industry alike.
