“Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty” Makes a Strong Debut, Collects ₹4 Crore on Opening Day

The much-anticipated Telugu film “Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty”, marking the return of Anushka Shetty to the silver screen after a hiatus of five years, has made a promising start at the box office. The film, which also stars the talented Naveen Polishetty in a leading role, was released on September 7th amidst positive reviews and audience appreciation.

According to a report by Sacnilk.com, the film managed to garner an impressive ₹4 crore nett across all languages on its opening day in India. The movie witnessed a 39 per cent occupancy in Telugu and an 18.16 percent occupancy in its Tamil version. Not limiting its success to the Indian market, the film also made a significant mark overseas, grossing over $300K in the US on its first day, as reported by Studio Flicks.
