As the festive fervour of Sankranti approaches, Mahesh Babu‘s much-anticipated film ‘Guntur Kaaram,’ directed by Trivikram Srinivas, gears up for a grand theatrical release on January 12, 2024. The action-packed trailer, unveiled just days ahead of the film’s premiere, promises a gripping mass-action spectacle.

This highly anticipated collaboration marks the third outing between the acclaimed director Trivikram Srinivas and superstar Mahesh Babu, following their successful ventures in ‘Athadu’ and ‘Khaleja.’ ‘Guntur Kaaram’ boasts Mahesh Babu sporting a distinct local avatar, exuding a raw and intense demeanour throughout the trailer.

The 2-minute and 47-second trailer introduces a spectrum of characters, notably featuring Sreeleela as the female lead, resonating compelling romantic energy intertwined with mystery, alongside Mahesh Babu’s character. It showcases Trivikram’s signature action sequences, characterized by slick, slow-motion fights, accentuating the film’s high-octane appeal.

A highlight of the trailer lies in its powerful dialogues interwoven seamlessly with riveting action sequences, magnifying the anticipation for the film’s release. Mahesh Babu’s portrayal, adorned with small nuances like a beedi between his teeth and attire reflecting the local flavour, amplifies the film’s authenticity.

‘Guntur Kaaram’ features an ensemble cast including Sreeleela, Meenakshii Chaudhary, Jagapathi Babu, Ramya Krishnan, Jayaram, Prakash Raj, Brahmanandam, among others, essaying pivotal roles, contributing to the film’s multi-dimensional narrative.

Under the directorial finesse of Trivikram Srinivas, musical brilliance by S Thaman, and visual artistry captured by Manoj Paramahamsa and PS Vinod behind the camera, the film promises an immersive cinematic experience. Edited by Naveen Nooli, the movie arrives in theatres with a U/A certification from the CBFC.

This mass entertainer marks Mahesh Babu’s 28th film, following his previous success in the 2022 Parasuram directorial ‘Sarkaru Vaari Paata,’ starring alongside Keerthy Suresh. The superstar is slated to headline SS Rajamouli’s forthcoming jungle adventure, generating heightened anticipation among his ardent fan base.
