In a remarkable achievement, SS Rajamouli‘s epic alternative-history period film, RRR, is celebrating its 200th day in Japanese theatres. While most films struggle to run for even 50 days, RRR continues to thrive, consistently ranking among the top fifteen at the box office. Over the past ten days alone, it has collected an impressive JPY 140 million, positioning it as one of the highest-grossing Indian films in Japan.

RRR Eyes JPY 2 Billion Milestone in Japan To date, RRR has amassed a staggering JPY 1954 million ($14.50 million) in box office collections in Japan over the course of 199 days. It is well on track to surpass the historic milestone of JPY 2 billion soon.
