Pushpa 2 team seeks permission to shoot in Odisha

Super stylish Allu Arjun’s film Pushpa 2: The Rule is one of the most anticipated films. It is directed by Sukumar. Recently, the teaser and first look of the film was released and took the internet by storm. Reportedly, the team of Pushpa 2 is going to shoot a chase scene in Swabhiman Anchal.

The film is being bankrolled by The Mythri Movie Makers, they have sought permission from Malkangiri Collector Vishal Singh and SP for shooting. Reportedly, a fight scene of a lorry chasing a jeep will be shot at this location. Around 150-200 people could enter Swabhiman Anchal and it is not sure if Allu Arjun will also be part of this shoot. If everything goes as per plan, the shoot will commence in the second week of May.

Filmmaker Sukumar will be returning to direct the sequel Pushpa 2: The Rule. Rashmika Mandanna would reprise her role as Srivalli. Fahad Faasil will also be a part of the film. Pushpa 2 will be having an ensemble cast that has still not been revealed. It is expected to release by the end of this year.
