The much-awaited Telugu film, “Bro,” finally hit the theatres on July 28, bringing immense excitement among fans and moviegoers. Starring the dynamic duo of Pawan Kalyan and Sai Dharam Tej in the lead roles, this film marks the first-ever collaboration between the uncle-nephew pair. Anticipation has been building ever since the release of the film’s trailer, and fans have been eagerly waiting to witness the grand spectacle on the big screen.

“Bro” is a remake of the Tamil fantasy drama “Vinodhaya Sitham,” which featured Samuthirakani and Thambhi Ramaiah in the original version.

While the buzz around the film might not have reached the levels of some of Pawan Kalyan’s previous ventures, it is still expected to make a strong impact at the box office. Reports suggest that the film’s total pre-release business has already reached an impressive Rs 97 crore. To achieve a clean hit status, “Bro” needs to cross the Rs 100 crore mark in terms of box office collection.

The film’s pre-booking business has been encouraging, driven by the star power of Pawan Kalyan and Sai Dharam Tej. Advance booking in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana has already contributed around Rs 9.80 crore to the film’s total, with Hyderabad alone contributing Rs 4.64 crore from 636 shows, boasting an occupancy rate of 65% in advance booking.

As per media reports, the film is expected to gross around Rs 16-20 crore on its opening day, a testament to the fervour surrounding its release.

However, heavy rainfall in parts of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh might impact the film’s initial numbers. Despite this, the makers of “Bro” are optimistic that audiences will flock to theatres to experience the movie on the big screen.

Recently, there were speculations that the ticket prices for the film might be increased, as is often the case with movies featuring big stars. However, the film’s producer, TG Vishwa Prasad, clarified that there will be no price hike, as the film was already made on a restricted budget, keeping in mind the fans’ expectations.

Directed by Samuthirakani, “Bro” promises an engaging and visually stunning cinematic experience. Alongside Pawan Kalyan and Sai Dharam Tej, the film also features the talented Ketika Sharma and the charming Priya Prakash Varrier in important roles.

As the theatres start to resonate with the cheers and applause of fans, “Bro” is all set to create magic at the box office, showcasing the power-packed performances of its leading stars and the captivating storytelling that has become a hallmark of Telugu cinema.

With high hopes and great expectations, “Bro” is ready to enthral audiences, marking another milestone in the illustrious careers of Pawan Kalyan and Sai Dharam Tej.
