Allu Arjun’s Pushpa 2 Gets New Release Date of December 6

The highly anticipated sequel Pushpa 2: The Rule, featuring Allu Arjun, Rashmika Mandanna, and Fahadh Faasil, has shifted its release date to December 6, 2024. The production team announced this update on Monday. Originally scheduled for release on Independence Day, the change was necessary due to remaining filming and subsequent post-production requirements.
In a statement, the producers of Pushpa 2: The Rule, Mythri Movie Makers and Muttamsetty Media emphasized their commitment to delivering a film of exceptional quality following the massive success of Pushpa: The Rise. They expressed gratitude for the enthusiastic responses to teasers and songs in various languages and promised a memorable cinematic experience.
Directed by Sukumar, “Pushpa: The Rise” earned Allu Arjun a National Film Award for portraying Pushpa Raj in a narrative centred around red sandalwood smuggling and power struggles. The sequel, “Pushpa 2: The Rule,” is set to continue the gripping saga, featuring its lead cast’s return to explore new intrigue and action dimensions.
