In an interview with Elle India, Samantha reflected on her journey, describing the last few years as a period where she “went through fire.” She acknowledged her difficulties, including public scrutiny and trolling following her divorce. However, Samantha expressed resilience, stating that these experiences have made her stronger and more rooted in her spirituality.

“I always thought I didn’t want the last three years to have happened, but now I feel that you have to deal with whatever life throws at you,” Samantha shared. “As long as you come out of it, you have won.”

The actress, known affectionately as Sam to her fans, emphasized her ongoing passion for learning and growth in her career, likening herself to a newcomer despite her 14-year tenure in the industry. She remains driven to captivate audiences and explore new roles, as evident in her upcoming Citadel: Honey Bunny project.

In this eagerly anticipated Indian adaptation of the Russo brothers’ Citadel, Samantha will star alongside Varun Dhawan as Honey in the spy action thriller series. Set to premiere on Amazon Prime Video, the series promises an enthralling narrative featuring an ensemble cast including Emma Canning, Sikandar Kher, and Saqib Saleem.
