Jr NTR & Nelson Dilipkumar: Devara Star Makes Major Revelation About Upcoming Project

Jr NTR has been the center of attention with his impressive lineup of upcoming films. The actor, who is gearing up for his Hindi film debut with War 2, also has highly anticipated projects like Devara 2 and an untitled film with Prashanth Neel on the horizon.

Amidst all the excitement, rumors have been swirling about a potential collaboration between Jr NTR and Jailer director Nelson Dilipkumar. Recently, Jr NTR teased fans with a hint about this much-anticipated partnership.

At the success event for Mad Square, Jr NTR, the star of Devara, subtly confirmed his upcoming collaboration with Nelson Dilipkumar. The film will be produced by Naga Vamsi and feature music by Anirudh Ravichander.

Jr NTR shared, “If I talk about Vamsi too much, he might get dishti (evil eye). He’s become accustomed to good things happening for him. We’re about to start something soon, and he’ll announce it when the time is right. Once we make the announcement, I’ll let Vamsi handle the details.”

To recap, reports of a potential Jr NTR-Nelson collaboration first surfaced in November 2024. According to Reports, Nelson had pitched several ideas to Jr NTR, and one had been finalized. The report further mentioned that two major production houses were in the running to produce the film. However, an official confirmation from Jr NTR and Nelson Dilipkumar regarding the project is still awaited.

Turning to Jr NTR’s project with Prashanth Neel, rumors suggest that Dragon is the title being considered for the film. The action thriller has already begun production, with Jr NTR expected to join the sets soon.

As per previous reports, the title and first look of the NTR-Neel collaboration are likely to be revealed on May 20, 2025. The film is scheduled for release on January 9, 2026, in time for the Pongal festivities.
