Indian 2 starring Kamal Haasan and the untitled RC15 with Ram Charan may clash at the box office

Indian 2 has created much anticipation ever since its announcement. On the other hand, fans of Ram Charan are eagerly waiting for his next release, especially with the way RRR has been making strides in the global market. Considering that the two films are directed by S Shankar, we now hear that the films may be completed at the same time and that the makers are planning to release alongside each other. However, neither the filmmaker nor the producers of the film, Dil Raju and Lyca Productions have opened up about any such development.

However, recent reports suggest that considering the way the two films are being shot simultaneously, there are high chances that S Shankar will be wrapping up them up together. Readers would be aware that despite the fact that Indian 2 was announced much earlier, the film, unfortunately witnessed many delays because of legal issues, pandemic, and also some deaths of crew members. While the shoot schedule has returned on track, of late, leading lady of the film, Kajal Aggarwal too has asserted the same by sharing about it on social media earlier this week. It was also being reported that this has been one of the longest schedule for the film, a month-long one, so that the makers can wrap up the shoot as soon as possible.

On the other hand, for the past few months, before taking off to the USA, Ram Charan too had shared updates about the S Shankar directorial RC15. Although the film is yet to be titled, we hear that an extensive portion of the film has been completed. In fact, Ram also had mentioned about the lavish song that is being picturized on him and his leading Kiara Advani amidst the picturesque Switzerland.

Owing to the same, reports have observed that the films may be completed simultaneously. However, the final call on the release date is yet to be made by the producers.

Talking about Indian 2, the film is expected to be a Pan India venture releasing in multiple languages which also stars Rakul Preet Singh as the leading lady along with Kajal Aggarwal. On the other hand, RC15 too is expected to be a pan India project.
