Vijay Sethupathi, the esteemed actor known for his diverse roles, is set to embark on an exhilarating adventure in the upcoming action thriller ‘Train,’ helmed by director Mysskin. Director Mysskin recently took to social media platforms to reveal the captivating first-look poster of ‘Train.’ The poster showcases Vijay Sethupathi sporting a dense beard and moustache, set against the backdrop of railway tracks and approaching trains. The movie, classified as an action thriller, revolves around the premise of a train journey, seamlessly aligning with its title. Commencing its shooting schedule post a pooja ceremony attended by eminent personalities including filmmaker Vetrimaaran and Nadigar Sangam President Nasser, ‘Train’ promises to captivate audiences with its riveting storyline.

Joining Vijay Sethupathi in pivotal roles, ‘Train’ features Dimple Hayati, alongside a stellar ensemble cast including Ira Dayanand, Nassar, Vinay Rai, Bhavana, Sampath Raj, Babloo Prithviraj, KS Ravikumar, Yugi Sethu, Ganesh Venkatraman, Kaniha, Diya Seetipalli, Singam Puli, Sriranjani, Ajay Rathnam, Thrigun Arun, and Raichal Rabecca.

This collaboration marks the reunion of director Mysskin and actor Vijay Sethupathi after their successful venture ‘Pisasu 2.’ Vijay Sethupathi has recently delivered a standout performance as Kaalie Gaikwad in the Atlee-Shah Rukh Khan film ‘Jawan.’ His upcoming slate includes the much-awaited thriller ‘Merry Christmas’ directed by Sriram Raghavan, scheduled for release on January 12, 2024. Additionally, he is actively involved in the production stages of ‘Viduthalai Part 2’ and ‘Maharaja.’
