Samantha purchased a 3BHK duplex worth Rs 7.8 crore

Tollywood actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu has been busy with back-to-back shoots, the actress was last seen in Shaakuntalam. Now, reports are making rounds that Samantha has purchased a new home in Hyderabad, which is worth ₹7.8 crore. . The 3BHK duplex is reportedly located in Jayabheri Orange County, a posh locality in the city, and is on the 13th and 14th floor.

There were also reports earlier this year, that Samantha had purchased a 3BHK apartment with sea views in Mumbai.  According to real estate data analytics firm CRE Matrix, “The property has a super built-up area of 7,944 sq ft, with 3,920 sq ft on the 13th floor and 4,024 sq ft on the 14th floor,” the report said.

As per Jayabheri Group’s website, the new home will also feature over-the-top facilities, the website said, “The world class clubhouse offers you a plethora of lifestyle amenities including a large swimming pool, indoor games, multipurpose court, well-appointed gymnasium and health club, auditorium and many more facilities.”

On the work front, Samantha has been busy shooting for Citadel’s Indian version. The upcoming show also stars Varun Dhawan. Samantha is collaborating with her The Family Man director duo Raj and DK for the spy series.
