Prithviraj Sukumaran recently shared a compelling video encapsulating the gruelling yet remarkable journey endured during the making of “Aadujeevitham.” The video, chronicling the film’s tumultuous production, showcases the actor’s transformation and filming experiences—spanning from Kerala to the cold deserts of Jordan and Algeria, enduring the complexities of the pandemic, and finally culminating in the completion of the shoot in Kerala.

A Tale of Dedication and Transformation

The film required Prithviraj to undergo extreme physical transformations, depicting the character’s evolution from an immigrant labourer forced into slavery. His drastic weight loss, from 98 kilos to 67 kilos, for the role has been well-documented, showcasing the depth of commitment and dedication to his craft. The toll of this transformation was so severe that the actor fainted on set, emphasizing the rigorous challenges he faced.

Stellar Ensemble and Creative Team

“Aadujeevitham” boasts a stellar cast including Amala Paul, and Jimmy Jean-Louis, among others, complementing Prithviraj’s portrayal of Najeeb Muhammed. Helmed by Blessy, the film features music by AR Rahman, cinematography by Sunil KS and KU Mohanan, sound design by Resul Pookutty, and editing by A Sreekar Prasad.
