Nani starrer Dasara grosses Rs 100 crore worldwide in just 7 days

Recently, Dasara starring Nani, had it's pan-India release. The film has grossed Rs 100 crore in just 7 days.

Natural star Nani’s recently, has his first Pan-India release, Dasara. The actor who plays the role of Dharani, have had high hopes for the film. The film has been receiving rave reviews since it came out. Makers of the film took to Twitter to announce that the film has crossed Rs. 100 crore worldwide.

Dasara is a story of uprising, revenge and friendship set against the backdrop of a coal-laden hamlet it is directed by debutant Odella Srikanth. It also stars Keerthy Suresh, Shine Tom Chacko and Dheekshith Shetty in key roles. The makers took to Twitter to reveal a poster. Dasara is the first ₹100 crore grossing film for Nani.

The film has already entered profit zonein the US and is inching towards $2 million-club. Originally shot in Telugu, Dasara was released in Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada.  Dasara has also proved to be tough competition for many Bollywood films released recently.

Nani took to Twitter to express gratitude towards the audience: “Our effort. Your gift. Cinema wins #Dasara.”
