Veera Simha Reddy Trailer: Nandamuri Balakrishna fans will have a treat as their ‘hero’ returns with an action packed drama

Nandamuri Balakrishna and director Gopichand Malineni have joined forces for the first time for Veera Simha Reddy and that has already created massive anticipation regarding the movie. The film has been produced on a lavish budget by Mythri Movie Makers and it is gearing up for Sankranthi release. Meanwhile, the film’s theatrical trailer was unveiled with much fanfare, during the pre-release function in Ongole.

Earlier today, a week before the release of Veera Simha Reddy, makers launched the trailer in a massive event which was attended by big names including leading man Nandamuri Balakrishna. The commercially packed trailer aims to showcase the different aspects of the movie, from its high-on-action and mass ingredients to the emotional side of the characters. With Nandamuri Balakrishna playing the leading role, the trailer features him as a mighty and intense character. His action packed avatar also includes some powerful and stern dialogues penned by Sai Madhav Burra.

A source close to the film said, “We wanted Balakrishna to show his rajasam in the character of Veera Simha Reddy. It is going to be his show all the way. His mass aura and royalty will be incomparable. Shruti Haasan is going to leave everyone stumped with her performance in songs. And Chandrika Ravi is equally marvelous. Varalaxmi Sarathkumar will definitely be another surprise package, where Duniya Vijay’s character has also been designed powerfully.”

“Gopichand Malineni has made sure the movie will appeal equally to the masses and family audiences. Rishi Punjabi’s camera work along with S Thaman’s re-recording work will give goosebumps to the masses,” added the source.

With Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar producing the film, National Award-Winning craftsman Navin Nooli is handling editing and AS Prakash is the production designer. Chandu Ravipati is the executive producer for the film. Ram-Lakshman duo and Venkat are the fight masters. The film is slated to release on January 12, 2023.
