Siddharth alleges his parents were harassed at Madurai airport for 20 minutes

Actor Siddharth has alleged that his parents were harassed at the Madurai airport for 20 minutes. The actor also said that he repeatedly told them to speak in English but they spoke in Hindi. He said that the officials asked his parents to remove coins from their bags. The actor accidentally tagged CRPF instead of CISF (Central Industrial Security Force) in his Instagram post.

His Instagram post read, “Harassed for 20 mins @ Madurai airport by CRPF. They made my senior parents remove coins from their bags! And repeatedly talked to us in Hindi after being told to speak in English.”

He added, “Rude AF. When we protested, they said in India this is how it is. Jobless people showing off their power.”

Meanwhile, Siddharth was last seen in the Disney+ Hotstar series Escaype Live. The story revolved around social media and its dark side of it. The actor was also seen in Maha Samudram, which was released in cinemas in 2021. He is currently shooting for S Shankar’s Indian 2. The film, starring Kamal Haasan in the lead role, is a sequel to the 1996 classic of the same name. The film also stars Kajal Aggarwal as the female lead.
