Ravi Teja expressed his happiness over the success of Dhamaka and added that it is ‘dedicated to all the legendary actors’ who have left us with a void

Ravi Teja, who is gearing up for one of the most anticipated releases of 2023, Waltair Veerayya with Chiranjeevi, is basking in the glory of a successful 2022. The year ended with a bang for this Telugu star who has been receiving a lot of appreciation with his film Dhamaka ruling the box office down South. Owing to the way his film has been faring, the star expressed his gratitude towards audiences by sharing a special note on social media as he brought in the New Year 2023.

Amidst many of them posting about the way 2022 fared for them, Ravi Teja took to Twitter to express his happiness over the success of Dhamaka, and at the same time, he also reminisced about all the legendary actors the film industry lost last year. Sharing a note on social media, he said, “To all my fans and well-wishers, As we bid adieu 2022, Thanks to everyone for making our film, Dhamaka a memorable one <3 Dedicating this success to all the Legendary Actors who entertained us all these years and left us with a void, that can’t be filled. This year has been a tough one but all your unconditional love kept me going & growing! Here’s to a better tomorrow & a better year, See you all in 2023 with a BANG :)”

Meanwhile, talking about Dhamaka, the film features Sreeleela as the leading lady and is directed by Trinadha Rao Nakkina. Produced by TG Vishwa Prasad, the film released on December 23, 2022 and is currently said to be inching towards Rs.100 crore mark at the box office. Talking about his next release Waltair Veerayya, it will feature the Telugu star in the role of a cop named Veerayya. The film also stars Chiranjeevi in the lead role along with Shruti Haasan as his leading lady. Directed by Bobby, the film is expected to release in Telugu on January 13 along with its Hindi dubbed version.
