Jr NTR’s Heartfelt Speech for Hrithik Roshan: “South Indian Actors Often Have Doubts About Being Accepted, But You Treated Me Like a Brother”

Hyderabad: At the War 2 pre-release event, Jr NTR shared his gratitude and admiration for his co-star Hrithik Roshan. Playing the antagonist in the film, Jr NTR praised Hrithik for his support and the warmth he showed during their collaboration. He expressed how South Indian actors often feel uncertain about being accepted in Hindi cinema, but Hrithik made him feel comfortable and treated him like family.

The Challenge for South Indian Actors

Jr NTR explained, “I come from South India. Thanks to SS Rajamouli, who has broken many barriers between South and North Indian cinema. But still, every South Indian actor has that little doubt—’How will they accept me?’ This is always a concern.”

He then addressed Hrithik directly, saying, “But I want to tell you, Hrithik, thank you so much for accepting me with open arms. The beautiful hug you gave me on the first day, I will never forget it. Working with you for 75 days has taught me so much, and I can’t wait to share the screen with you again.”

Jr NTR further added, “When this film releases on August 14, it will only make those beautiful memories stronger. Thank you, sir, love you.”
