Jr NTR Shoots for Koratala Siva’s Devara: Part 1 in Goa; Video Leaks Online

Jr NTR and Janhvi Kapoor’s upcoming film, “Devara: Part 1,” directed by Koratala Siva, is currently in production. Shooting is taking place in Goa. However, excitement peaked when a leaked video from the sets surfaced online, giving fans a glimpse of the action.

In the leaked clip shared on X by a fan, Jr NTR, affectionately known as the “tiger,” can be seen filming a scene outdoors in Goa. Dressed in all-black attire, he navigates through the water, hinting at thrilling sequences set against a coastal backdrop. While the leaked footage doesn’t divulge much, it confirms the film’s scenic setting by the sea, as suggested by earlier promotional materials.

The Devara team will use Goa’s picturesque locales to capture crucial scenes and film a song sequence during their stay. Filming began in 2023, and the production has primarily taken place in Hyderabad and Goa, with only a few remaining scenes and songs left to shoot. Notably, “Devara” marks the Telugu debuts of Janhvi Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan.

In “Devara,” Jr NTR portrays the titular character, Saif plays Bhaira, and Janhvi essays the role of Thangam. The ensemble cast includes Prakash Raj, Srikanth, Shine Tom Chacko, Insane Ashraf, Narain, Kalaiyarasan, Murali Sharma, Abhimanyu Singh, and Shruti Marathe. Scheduled for release in October this year, the film’s music is composed by Anirudh Ravichander, with cinematography by R Rathnavelu and editing by A Sreekar Prasad.
