Shilpa Shetty makes a comeback in Kannada film industry after 17 years with ‘KD’

On the auspicious occasion of Ugadi, director Prem unveiled the poster of his upcoming movie ‘KD’ on social media, featuring Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty in a pivotal role. The movie also stars Kannada action hero Dhruv Sarja and Bollywood superstar Sanjay Dutt in important roles.
Shilpa Shetty, who last worked in Kannada film industry in 2005’s ‘Auto Shankar’ opposite Upendra, is making a comeback after 17 years. The vintage look poster featuring the powerhouse actress has already won the hearts of her fans in Karnataka.
Shilpa Shetty had earlier worked with V. Ravichandran in the 1998 superhit Kannada film ‘Preethasod Thappa’ and also starred in ‘Ondagona Ba’ in 2003. Her comeback in the industry has created quite a buzz and fans are eagerly waiting to see her on the big screen.
The movie ‘KD’ is directed by Prem and produced by Sandesh Nagaraj under Sandesh Productions banner. With the star-studded cast and the anticipation around Shilpa Shetty’s comeback, the movie is expected to be a box office hit.
