Shah Rukh Khan Unveils Dulquer Salmaan’s “King Of Kotha” Trailer in Hindi

The excitement surrounding Dulquer Salmaan‘s eagerly awaited film “King Of Kotha” reached new heights as its trailer was launched across multiple South Indian languages as well as in Hindi. Bollywood’s Badshah, Shah Rukh Khan, unveiled the Hindi version of the trailer on social media, sending waves of anticipation among fans. The South Indian heartthrob expressed his gratitude, acknowledging himself as a ‘fanboy forever’ of Shah Rukh Khan.

In a display of camaraderie, Mohanlal, a stalwart of the Malayalam film industry, released the Malayalam version of the “King Of Kotha” trailer. Suriya and Nagarjuna followed suit by unveiling the Tamil and Telugu versions, respectively.

 

Shah Rukh Khan took to Twitter to share his support for Dulquer Salmaan and the film, writing, “Congratulations on the impressive #KOKTrailer, @dulQuer! Looking forward to the movie. Big hug to you and wishing the entire team a big success!” In response, Dulquer expressed his heartfelt gratitude to SRK, stating, “Thank you so so so much Shahrukh Sir! This is such a huge moment for me! Fanboy forever.”

The camaraderie between Dulquer Salmaan and Mohanlal is well-known, and the Malayalam superstar’s gesture of releasing the trailer earned Dulquer’s heartfelt thanks. He responded to Mohanlal’s support with, “Thank you sooooooo much Etta!!!! This means the world to me and the team! Thank you for the support and encouragement always! Lots and lots of love.”

The multilingual trailer launch further involved Suriya releasing the Tamil version and Nagarjuna releasing the Telugu version. The trailer provides a glimpse into the world of Raju, portrayed by Dulquer Salmaan, who aspires to become a gangster or the titular “King of Kotha,” following in his father’s footsteps. The trailer’s captivating elements have elevated expectations, setting the stage for its release on August 24.

“King Of Kotha” marks the directorial debut of Abhilash Joshiy, son of renowned director Joshiy. The film stars Aishwarya Lekshmi as the female lead, marking her first collaboration with Dulquer Salmaan. The ensemble cast includes Dancing Rose Shabeer, Prasanna, Nyla Usha, Chemban Vinod, Gokul Suresh, Shammi Thilakn, Shanthi Krishna, Vada Chennai Saran, and Anikha Surendran in supporting roles. Produced by Dulquer Salmaan’s Wayfarer Films in association with Zee Studios, the film promises an enthralling action-packed experience for viewers.
