Samuthirakani starrer Vimanam to release on June 9
Samuthirakani led Vimanam is set to release on big screen on June 9. The promo of the film was released, showcasing the life of a disabled father and his son.

The forthcoming Tamil-Telugu bilingual Vimanam is slated to release on June 9 in theatres. It stars Samuthirakani and also is also a comeback film for Meera Jasmine. Recently, the ‘take-off promo’ of the film was recently unveiled.
In the promo, it shows that the film revolves around Samuthirakani who plays the role of Veerayya, a middle-aged single parent with a disability, and his 7-year-old son Raju, played by Master Dhruvan. The promo shows an emotional conversation between the duo, about the significance of wishes. While the child desires to go on an aeroplane and see the world from above, while his father acknowledges his wish, even though he cannot afford it.
The film is helmed by Siva Prasad Yanala, It is jointly produced by Zee Studios and Kiran Korrapati under Kiran Korrapati Creative Works. Charan Arjun scored the music and Vivek Kalepu is the cinematographer.
