Sai Dharam Tej talks about his bond with Pawan Kalyan, says, ‘He is my Guru’

Sai Dharam Tej is currently basking the success of his latest release, Virupaksha. The film is directed by Karthik Varma Dandu and is cowritten by Sukumar. Being a horror film, it has grosses over Rs 75 crore globally. Samyukta Menon is the female lead of the film. The co-stars recently talked about their film and much more.

During an interview with Pinkvilla, Sai Dharam Tej who happens to be Pawan Kalyan’s nephew had much praises for Kalyan, the actor said, “Basically me and Kalyan garu share the bond of guru and shishya. He’s, my guru. He taught me a lot of things. He taught me about life, he taught me about films, he taught me how to play with toys, how to play with legos; He taught me about Star Wars, Star Trek. So, he is the one who introduced me to all these.” Sai concluded saying, “There is a bond that is more evident than anything else. It is kind of a guru-shishya bond. So, in that way, he just teaches me to where to calm and where not to. He is just a calm fellow.”

On the workfront, Sai has about 4 films in pipeline, while Samyukta has 2, Ram and devil. The sequel of Virupaksha is in talking stages confirmed the actors, soon the two will be back with the second film.
