Natasimham Nandamuri Balakrishna celebrated a monumental milestone of 50 years in Telugu cinema. Debuting in 1974 with “Tatamma Kala,” Balayya has become synonymous with iconic faction films in the industry.
A grand event in Hyderabad marked this milestone, attended by luminaries like Chiranjeevi, Venkatesh, Boyapati Srinu, Nani, Rana Daggubati, and other celebrities. Megastar Chiranjeevi, speaking at the event, revealed how Balayya’s film “Samara Simha Reddy” inspired his blockbuster “Indra” in 2002. Chiranjeevi expressed his eagerness to collaborate with Balayya, proposing a film featuring their iconic characters Indrasena Reddy and Samara Simha Reddy.
Chiranjeevi playfully asked Balayya, “Are you ready?” to which Balayya promptly responded, “Ready, ready.”
Chiranjeevi also threw a challenge to director Boyapati Srinu, asking if he could craft a story for their duo. Boyapati Srinu, known for his successful collaborations with Balakrishna in films like “Simha,” “Legend,” and “Akhanda,” is renowned for his prowess in creating powerful narratives.
Superstar Rajinikanth, referring to Balakrishna as the Action King, Collection King, and Dialogue Delivery King, congratulated him on completing 50 glorious years in the industry. Rajinikanth took to social media to extend his heartfelt wishes, celebrating Balayya’s enduring legacy and wishing him continued success and happiness in life.
