Allu Aravind recently expressed his desire to cast cousins Allu Arjun and Ram Charan together in a film

With the stupendous success of Pushpa: The Rise and RRR, it seems that the leading men of the film are currently the biggest stars of the country. Having them together in a film will not only garner eyeballs but it will also be one hell of a ride to watch them in an action packed avatar. But did you also know that Allu Arjun and Ram Charan are also cousins in real life? Well for the uninitiated the two of them are maternal cousins. As for coming together onscreen, while they both starred in the film Yevadu in 2014, they never appeared onscreen together. Considering the same, Arjun’s father Allu Aravind expressed his desire to cast them together and also revealed that he has registered a title of the film.

Not too long ago, in one of the throwback videos of Chiranjeevi that went viral we spotted the two actors dancing and bonding with each other when they were kids. But having them appear in a movie together can be a dream come true for many Tollywood fans. Recently, Allu Aravind revealed that he even registered a title for their film that he keeps renewing in the hopes of making the movie one day. As per reports in Pinkvilla, Allu Aravind said, “I really want to see Ram Charan and Allu Arjun share the screen. I really want to make it happen and I have even registered the title ‘Charan-Arjun’ and I keep renewing it every year. I am sure that this project will happen in the coming days.”

On the work front, fans of Allu Arjun are excited as the actor has kicked off the second instalment of the action entertainer Pushpa: The Rule with Rashmika Mandanna. As for Ram Charan, the actor has resumed the shoot of S Shankar’s RC15 with Kiara Advani. However, he is currently in Japan for the release of the SS Rajamouli film RRR along with the team of the film including Junior NTR.
